These terms apply to your use of the WhiskerMatch marketing website, request-access workflows, and any correspondence during the pilot onboarding period.
What it does not govern
These terms do not cover use of the WhiskerMatch platform after launch. A separate product agreement will govern platform use when the service opens.

The WhiskerMatch website is operated by Veldarium Technology Systems LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What you can do here
- Read about WhiskerMatch.
- Use the request-access and contact workflows — which open a prepared email in your own mail client addressed to founders@veldarium.com. Nothing is submitted to or stored by this site; you send the message yourself from your own mail client.
- Email us directly at founders@veldarium.com with any inquiry.
- Share links to the site.
What you can't do here
- No scraping or probing. Scrape the site at scale, attempt to bypass rate limits, or probe for vulnerabilities without authorization.
- No false representation. Send false information or pretend to represent an organization you don't represent.
- No misleading branding. Use WhiskerMatch branding in a way that implies endorsement or partnership that doesn't exist.
- No impersonation. Impersonate staff, advisors, or partners of WhiskerMatch or Veldarium Technology Systems LLC.
Content on the site
Copy, design, and assets on the site are © Veldarium Technology Systems LLC unless otherwise attributed. You can reference and link to WhiskerMatch. You can't republish the site's content wholesale, or present it as your own.
Email correspondence you initiate
When you choose to send us an email — whether directly or via a mailto link that opens your mail client — you grant us a limited license to read it, respond to you, route it internally, and use non-identifying patterns to shape the product (e.g., that shelters frequently ask about a particular integration). We don't sell or publish your correspondence. This site does not receive, transmit, or store anything until you choose to send from your own mail client.
Early pilot stage and future product
Nothing on this site is a binding commitment to deliver a specific feature, timeline, price, or capability of the WhiskerMatch platform. When the platform opens, a separate product agreement will govern use.

The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee either. Within the limits of applicable law, our liability for use of this site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
