# Pilot conversation prep for rescue teams

Help a rescue team arrive at a pilot conversation with enough shared context to make an honest fit decision.

You do not need a perfect process map. Bring the workflow that keeps asking one person to remember, chase, or rebuild context.

01

## Bring one workflow

- Name where the work starts and what counts as done.
- List the tools and channels it touches.
- Name the person who usually holds it together.

- **Workflow**
- **Current tools**

02

## Bring one hard example

- Use approved or illustrative material only.
- Show where context was missing or delayed.
- Name the decision that had to stay human.

- **Example**
- **Human decision**

03

## Set the pilot edge

- Name what the pilot should not touch.
- Choose one useful operating signal.
- Agree on a clear stop condition.

- **Out of scope**
- **Stop condition**

Early access, founder-led

## Keep this with the animal record.

WhiskerMatch is one record per animal that intake, foster, adoption review, and public profiles share. It starts with one workflow, beside the tools you already use, and a person at your organization makes every decision.

$20/month per organization, no seat limits. This is a founder-led early access invitation with no deadline. Writing to ask a question costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
