The honest boundary

## What still needs real infrastructure.

**Live supply**

External adoption records appear only when an approved provider mode and credential are configured; fixtures never stand in for a provider failure.

**Connected accounts**

Favorites and preferences are browser-local; they do not sync between devices.

**Application continuity**

The shelter workspace has application infrastructure, but no cross-organization consumer dashboard is connected.

Browser-local prototype tools never contact a shelter, reserve an animal, or submit an application. An external source link is a deliberate handoff to that provider's real listing.
